Forged From The Stick
of a Legend

Before it became a bottle opener, it belonged to Jessie “Ripper” Valente, the only beer-league winger who managed to be terrifying and fabulous at the same time.

Jessie rolled into every game wearing white gloves, a pink-taped stick, and the kind of confidence usually reserved for people who’ve never once missed a breakaway. Other teams chirped the look — until Jessie put up three goals and a misconduct, usually in that order.

The pink tape wasn’t for style. It was a warning label.

One legendary night, Jessie chased down a defenseman so fast that the guy panicked, fell over his own skates, and apologized before Jessie even got there. On Jessie’s next shift, the blade snapped mid-slapshot — supposedly from “overuse,” though the goalie swore he felt the puck brush past his soul.

After the game, Jessie handed off the busted shaft and said,

“Do something dangerous with it.”

So we did.

We forged it into The Pink Rink Ripper: crisp white body, loud pink top, and enough attitude baked in to start (or end) problems at any post-game bar.

Some swear that when you crack a beer with it, you hear faint skate cuts behind you… like Jessie lining up another rush.
